On Saturday November 5th we would like to invite our members to a two-part activity that will be held in the HAN H2Lab at Industrial Park Kleefse Waard (IPKW). It concerns the General Members’ Meeting (GMM) and a hydrogen masterclass in vehicle technology.
GMM
In the GMM, the board accounts for the past year and also wants to look to the future. We would like to hear what is going on among the members and in which Volante can play a role by organizing new activities. We would also like to appoint new board and committee members. There are still vacancies for board members on the board. In addition to board members, members can commit themselves as a supporter to the implementation and organization of Volante activities. Anyone interested in a board position or members who want to support the club can register via our contact form.
Masterclass H2
During the masterclass hydrogen in vehicle technology, a current topic is discussed. Fuel cell electric powered passenger cars have been available for some time, mainly from the Hyundai and Toyota brands, but in addition to passenger cars, the range of H2-powered commercial vehicles and off-highway vehicles will increase rapidly. The subject will therefore be treated in a broad perspective by the speakers.
The host, the HAN H2Lab, is located at IPKW in Arnhem, in the midst of a number of renowned hydrogen-related companies with which there is a close collaboration. The lab is equipped with infrastructure aimed at developing and testing hydrogen systems.
To get an idea of the lab facilities and the developments and projects that are taking place in the HAN H2Lab in the field of hydrogen, a guided tour and presentation will take place.
The event will be concluded with a networking drink.
The program will start at 11:00 AM and end at 5:00 PM.
We will of course provide coffee, lunch and drinks. There are no costs involved.
