At Volante, the alumni association for HTS Automotive Engineering graduates, there had been a plan for some time to offer graduates of certain graduation years the opportunity to meet each other during their studies. The fact that graduates have a need for this is evident from the surveys we have conducted in the past.
On Monday, September 22nd, 2014, the first so-called annual reunion took place. Around 50 graduates who obtained the diploma in 1987, -88, -89, 1997, -98, -99, 2007, -08 and -09 made the trip to Arnhem.
The program consisted of:
- Walk in
- Meal
- Presentation about HAN, HAN Automotive, Volante plus research and projects in collaboration with companies
- Tour of laboratories with emphasis on Electric vehicles and hydrogen applications
- Network drink
Old friendships were restored, experiences were shared and many cards were exchanged to develop the first steps to new business.
All in all a very successful evening where more will follow.
