The 15th edition of the Volante Car Challenge will be held on Saturday, April 18th.
This year, the Car Challenge will start and finish at Iveco Nederland BV in Andelst (Wanraaij 9, 6673DM Andelst), the importer of Iveco commercial vehicles in the Netherlands. Andelst is located near the Valburg interchange, where the A15 and A50 highways intersect. We’ll once again be setting out on a beautiful and challenging route, this time focusing eastward. Naturally, we’ll be seeking out the most beautiful roads and landscapes.
As has been customary in recent years, we will have two versions to choose from: the Sport version, with more complex navigation and search functions, and the Touring version, which focuses more on the driving itself and enjoying the scenery.
“Sport” shouldn’t be taken too literally; it’s not about performance tests, and as always, we want everyone to follow the rules of the road. You can indicate which version you’re registering for on the registration form.
Before the start, during the ride and afterwards there will be plenty of opportunities to meet each other, admire the cars and technology and discuss the ride.
The day program:
- 08.30h – Arrival of participants
- 09.30h – Welcome and briefing
- 10.00h – Start of team 1
- 16.00h – Latest arrival time
- 16.45h – Award ceremony
- 17.30h – Dinner (for those interested)
Scoring and Prizes
The online scoring and points system we used in previous years has been further improved. However, this does require a smartphone or tablet with a continuous internet connection.
Registration
Registration for the Car Challenge is open until March 20th. A team must consist of at least one Volante member.
The participation fee, just like last year, is €89.00 per team.

For the optional closing dinner, there will be a food truck serving a variety of delicious dishes.
